Meet the People Caring for Verona Pets
Dr. Cory Waxman grew up in Bergen County and has loved animals since childhood, volunteering at shelters from a young age. He earned a BS in biochemistry at Northwestern University and his veterinary degree at the University of Pennsylvania, with training that included work at the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston and research on endangered canine and feline species.
Working beside him is veterinary technician Jim Montanye, who brings decades of hands-on experience with dogs and cats. Our support staff rounds out a small team that gets to know Verona pets by name. You can meet the team online.
